I am a long time resident of Arizona and began my real estate career when I moved to Prescott in 2004. It was the best decision I ever made … both the move to Prescott and the move to a real estate career. I love serving my clients as they consider and make life changing decisions, either moving into a new home or selling their home and moving to a new phase of life.
My extended family made the move from Alabama, Kansas and Utah to the Prescott area, and my brother-in-law and his wife have lived in Prescott for over 50 years. I think we’re all here to stay! Our 5 children are mostly nearby in the Phoenix and Flagstaff areas.
Preparation for my real estate career began in Wickenburg, AZ where I worked with attorneys for 25 years, then to Phoenix where I served as legal assistant with a non-profit adoption/foster care agency and finally, a couple of years with a financial planner. I learned the importance of fiduciary duties, attention to detail, and listening for client’s needs and wants. I also learned the value of continuing education to stay on top of the rapid changes that come to the marketplace.
My husband and I volunteered for 20 years with Crown Financial Ministries, facilitating small groups and workshops and coaching families one on one to develop and live by a spending plan.
I currently serve on the education committee for the Prescott Area Association of REALTORS®, was the 2013 Chairman of the Prescott Area Women’s Council of REALTORS® , and I serve in various areas of my church. I was recently honored to receive the Community Service Award from the Prescott Area Association of Realtors and Realtor of the Year from the Prescott Area Women’s Council of Realtors.
I love to serve and would be privileged to help you with any real estate needs or questions you might have. Please contact me and pass my name along to your friends and family. Thank you!
